The Confidence Star Assembly

Ife Thomas the founder of The Confidence Star came to speak this week to the children about the power of positive affirmations. The Children thoroughly enjoyed the assembly. They had lots of fun building confidence whilst learning about the subconscious and conscious mind.

The Confidence Star is a fast, fun, subtle way to build confidence.

The idea is that the child looks into the reflective star mirror and says the positive phrases.
I am somebody!
I am good enough!
I can do anything!
I like myself!
